Trying to find the cheapest insurance coverage rates for your Mercedes-Benz 190-Class? Have you had enough of sacrificing to keep your car insured? You’re in the same situation as most other drivers.
Because there are so many online and local companies to choose from, it can be challenging to find the most affordable insurance coverage provider.
Consumers need to do price comparisons as often as possible since prices change frequently. Just because you found the best price on 190-Class insurance a year ago you can probably find a better rate quote now. You can search a lot of insurance coverage out there, but in a few minutes you can learn some guaranteed methods to slash your insurance coverage rates.
Finding the best protection is simple if you know the tricks. Essentially every vehicle owner who shops for car insurance will be able to save money. But car owners should learn the methods companies use to sell online and apply this information to your search.
All the larger car insurance companies give price estimates online. Doing online quotes doesn’t take much effort as you just enter your coverage preferences into a form. When the form is submitted, their rating system makes automated requests for information on your driving record and credit history and returns a price quote based on these and other factors. This makes it easy to compare insurance prices but the process of having to visit a lot of sites and type in the same information is repetitive and time-consuming. But it’s absolutely necessary to get many rate quotes in order to find lower prices.
There is a better way!
A better way to lower your rates uses one simple form that gets price quotes from a lot of companies. The form is fast, reduces the work, and makes price shopping online much easier. After your information is entered, it is quoted and you can choose any of the quote results.
If a lower price is quoted, you simply finish the application and buy the new coverage. The entire process takes 15 minutes at the most and could lower your rates considerably.
In order to find out what other companies charge, click here and input your coverage information. If you have a policy now, it’s recommended you complete the form with the limits and deductibles exactly as they are listed on your policy. This makes sure you will receive comparison quotes based on the exact same insurance coverage.
Auto insurance is expensive, but you may find discounts that you may not know about. Most are applied when you get a quote, but some may not be applied and must be specially asked for in order for you to get them.
Consumers should know that most credits do not apply to the entire policy premium. Most only reduce the price of certain insurance coverages like physical damage coverage or medical payments. So even though you would think having all the discounts means you get insurance for free, it’s just not the way it works.

When choosing the right insurance coverage, there isn’t really a perfect coverage plan. Everyone’s situation is unique so your insurance needs to address that. Here are some questions about coverages that could help you determine whether you would benefit from an agent’s advice.
If you’re not sure about those questions but one or more may apply to you, you may need to chat with an agent. To find lower rates from a local agent, complete this form or click here for a list of insurance coverage companies in your area.
Learning about specific coverages of your insurance policy helps when choosing the best coverages at the best deductibles and correct limits. The terms used in a policy can be impossible to understand and nobody wants to actually read their policy. These are typical coverage types found on most insurance policies.
Collision – This coverage covers damage to your 190-Class from colliding with a stationary object or other vehicle. You will need to pay your deductible then your collision coverage will kick in.
Collision coverage protects against things such as crashing into a building, rolling your car, driving through your garage door and colliding with another moving vehicle. This coverage can be expensive, so consider dropping it from vehicles that are 8 years or older. It’s also possible to increase the deductible to get cheaper collision coverage.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) – Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist coverage gives you protection from other motorists when they do not carry enough liability coverage. Covered losses include injuries sustained by your vehicle’s occupants and damage to your Mercedes-Benz 190-Class.
Due to the fact that many drivers only carry the minimum required liability limits, their liability coverage can quickly be exhausted. So UM/UIM coverage is a good idea. Most of the time these coverages are set the same as your liablity limits.
Med pay and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) – Medical payments and Personal Injury Protection insurance provide coverage for short-term medical expenses like X-ray expenses, hospital visits, nursing services and pain medications. The coverages can be used to fill the gap from your health insurance policy or if there is no health insurance coverage. They cover you and your occupants and also covers any family member struck as a pedestrian. PIP coverage is not available in all states but it provides additional coverages not offered by medical payments coverage
Liability coverage – This can cover injuries or damage you cause to people or other property that is your fault. This coverage protects you against other people’s claims, and does not provide coverage for your injuries or vehicle damage.
Liability coverage has three limits: bodily injury for each person, bodily injury for the entire accident, and a limit for property damage. You might see limits of 100/300/100 that translate to a limit of $100,000 per injured person, a per accident bodily injury limit of $300,000, and $100,000 of coverage for damaged propery. Some companies may use a combined limit which combines the three limits into one amount rather than limiting it on a per person basis.
Liability insurance covers claims like loss of income, attorney fees and court costs. How much liability should you purchase? That is a personal decision, but consider buying as much as you can afford.
Comprehensive insurance – This pays for damage caused by mother nature, theft, vandalism and other events. You first must pay your deductible then your comprehensive coverage will pay.
Comprehensive coverage pays for things like vandalism, damage from getting keyed and hitting a deer. The maximum payout you’ll receive from a claim is the market value of your vehicle, so if the vehicle’s value is low consider dropping full coverage.

I’m in Evansville, IN. Got car insurance quotes with Allstate, Auto-Owners, and Eastwood for my 1991 Mercedes-Benz 190-Class and I think I saved around $20 each month. Was with Hanover. I quoted rates online then called them. Only insure liability on my 1991 Mercedes-Benz 190-Class.

Like your site, BTW. I live just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Received rates from Amica, Safeco, and some smaller one I can’t remember the name of for my Mercedes-Benz and I think I am saving around $10 each month. Was with GMAC. I’m a pretty low risk driver.

Great info, thanks for posting. I’m in the suburbs of Hartford, CT. Received quotes from Travelers, Amica, Liberty Mutual, and Nationwide for my Mercedes-Benz and saved just over $70 a year. I have a couple other vehicles on the policy. LOL Not worth enough to pay for comprehensive and collision.

Thanks for putting this site together. Got a quote with Eastwood for my Mercedes-Benz and am saving around $60 a year. Have a couple speeding tickets too. Did it all online.

If you don’t have tickets and live around Memphis, Tennessee, check out GEICO. They seem to be cheaper. God forbid I actually have a claim.

If you have a good history and live near Idaho Falls, Idaho, check out Allstate. They seem to be cheaper. Was with Auto-Owners. Might find lower rates online.

Cheapest quote for my 190-Class was with Encompass. I have a couple other vehicles on the policy. I think I’ll get rid of full coverage next time.
Kelsi Rogers
Too expensive. I ride a bike.

Does State Farm have good customer service?

It all costs too much. Located in San Diego, CA. Quoted prices online for a 190-Class. Ended up at about $70 savings annually. Went with State Farm. I increased coverages a little too. Are quotes cheaper online? Just liability coverage since it’s getting old.
